Well it is time to start over.  I have been away for seven moths and I think I have gained a pound a month.  I will weigh in tomorrow and then we will know for sure :-(.  Anyhow, new goals, I have started the Jeff Galloway 5k program.  It is three days a week. Tomorrow I will be on Week 3 day 2.  I am excited about this new program it is the Run Walk Run program.  I never plan to be to the place where I am just running.  I would like to do a 5K and when I am done with that I think I would like to work on doing a 10k.  Along the way I hope to lose weight too. I have had a hard time with the concept that walk breaks are okay.  But it is a healthy virtually injury free way to run and that is what I need.  I started out running 10 sec/ walking 50.  I am now running 15 sec/ walking 45.  I will keep you posted on my progress.  I plan to be on this ratio for a few weeks.

Well we paid $20 for the box and it was worth $81.60.  I think we defiantly got our money's worth.  I think my husband was underwhelmed this time. But as always we will see as he tries the products what he really likes.

I paid $36 dollars for this box and got $84.50 worth of makeup plus a sample.  I really like everything except the finger nail polish so I am really happy.  I love makeup and it is great to get good quality products for such an expensive price. Overall I think this box is worth about $16.40.  I paid 10 dollars for it.  The tan towel I won't use, but I like everything else.  I have to wear a gloss over the Stila to calm down the color a little.  I am happy with my box this month.  Are you happy with your box?  What did you get?  If you are interested in signing up click here.

This was the Dallas Shaw box, everything in it was chosen by her.  If I am honest with you I have no idea who she is, I guess I could google her.  I don't think we have the same tastes.  I don't hate anything in this box, but I wasn't wowed either. I got a deal on a wantable box.  I was so excited because I have wanted to try it out.  For the most part I loved the box.  Wantable does a very in-depth questionnaire so that you get things you might really like.  They also give you full sized products.  However, I did not like the lip color I received and I got two lip products.  I went back to review my questionnaire to see if there is anything I could do to make sure I don't get pink again. I was shocked to find out I had put I wanted pink and not orange.  Well all I wear is coral or peachy lip colors so that was totally my fault! It is time to hit the Reset button. I will report my weight on Wednesday and get back on the bandwagon.  I have had one of those weeks, we all have them, where life just gets a little out of control.  It is funny the last two weeks have been bad for me on the eating front, however, I have kept up on my exercise. The weird part of it is that it has gotten harder to exercise and I just am not going as fast as I was. I will try to remember to post in a week or two and tell you if it got better when I age better. Also I know I haven't posted inches lost.  I was suppose to do that on Saturday but someone has run off with the tape measure. I have 5 suspects in custody, but since none of them are claiming
